Sarah Franklin

Sarah Franklin is a Commercial Manager at ADM in the Milling and Baking Solutions business unit based in Decatur, IL. In this role, Sarah has commercial responsibilities for two of ADM's specialty starch and protein facilities -- one in Dodge City, Kansas -- a nod to her roots -- and one in Candiac, Quebec. Sarah joined ADM in 2019 as a Commercial Manager Trainee at the Carthage, Missouri, flour mill and then transitioned to an Assistant Commercial Manager role for the Buffalo and Hudson, New York flour mills. Sarah recently started championing the university/industry relationship between K-State and ADM.During her time at ADM, Sarah was asked to represent ADM and the North American Millers’ Association (NAMA) in Washington D.C. to advocate on behalf of the grain milling industry. While Sarah didn't pursue a career in policy, her time spent working with leaders in ag policy, effortlessly transferred into the business sector.
